Click each cleaner you want on the job. For a crew, name one kit lead, who sees exactly what to bring. If someone already has a job that overlaps, you're warned before the schedule goes out.

How do I assign a cleaner to a job?
Open the job from the calendar or its job page and click the cleaner's name. That's it. The job appears in their crew app with the address, the scope and your notes, and they get an alert on their phone.
Can I put two or more cleaners on one job?
Yes. Click each cleaner you want on it. For a crew, name one person kit lead and they'll see exactly what supplies to bring for the size of the job.
What if a cleaner calls in sick at 6 AM?
Open their jobs for the day and click someone else onto each one. The new cleaner gets the job on their phone straight away. If they already have a job that overlaps, you're warned before the schedule goes out.
What stops me sending one cleaner to two places at once?
When you assign someone, More Knocks checks their other jobs that day. If the times overlap, you see a warning on the spot, and you can pick someone else or keep it if you know the first job always finishes early.
